Service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined on a per-project basis and will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

When using our website and services, you agree to:

• Not use our website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website.
• Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our website.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our website without express written permission.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

All content on the Kaen IT Solutions website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, and design elements, is the property of Kaen IT Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. Client Projects

Upon full payment for services rendered:

• The client receives ownership of custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Kaen IT Solutions retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and skills gained during the project.
• Any third-party components (libraries, frameworks, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Kaen IT Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trademarks

The Kaen IT Solutions name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Kaen IT Solutions. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

• Proposals & Quotes: All proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Project Scope: Changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to timelines and costs. Any scope changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.
• Timelines: We make every effort to deliver projects within agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to client-side dependencies, revisions, or unforeseen technical challenges.
• Revisions: Revision rounds are defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Client Cooperation: Timely delivery depends on the client providing required content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes.
• Testing & Approval: Clients will be given a reasonable period to test deliverables. Work is considered approved if no feedback is provided within 7 business days of delivery.

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance (typically 30-50%) is required to commence work on any project.
• Milestone Payments: Remaining payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones.
• Final Payment: All outstanding amounts must be cleared before the final handover of deliverables.
• Late Payments: Payments overdue by more than 15 days may result in work suspension and may incur late fees.
• Taxes: All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST/VAT). Taxes will be added as per government regulations.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality:

• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our services.
• Information on our website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be construed as professional advice.
• We provide a support/warranty period for our projects as specified in individual project agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaen IT Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any third-party content, products, or services obtained through our website.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement under the following conditions:

• By Client: The client may terminate by providing written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will be due.
• By Kaen IT Solutions: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.
• Mutual Agreement: Both parties may agree to terminate at any time with written consent.
• Refunds on Termination: Advance payments are non-refundable. Refunds for incomplete milestones will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala, India.
• Arbitration: Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
